Hi, I'm Nikki!


I am a proud mother of two beautiful daughters and the wife of my best friend, Zack. My passion lies in health and fitness. As a NASM certified personal trainer (CPT) and Nutrition Coach (CNT), my mission over the past few years has been to impact as many lives as possible.
I am grateful to God for blessing me with a body capable of incredible things, and I believe He is inviting you to experience the same!
As a busy full time working mom over 40, I understand how challenging it can be to carve out time for yourself. That’s why I developed these quick, simple, and sustainable fitness programs and recipe books.
